About
Therapist Theresa
Greetings!
My name is Theresa and I am here to help support you on the journey navigating your mental health goals.I strive to provide a safe therapeutic environment. I specialize in helping those who experience anxiety, depression, difficulty in relationships (family members, colleagues or friendships) and relational trama, particularly traumas experienced in childhood.
Are you looking for a professional to help you through some personal struggles that build from a CBT approach? Are you seeking strategies to help with regulation of stress? Are you looking for someone to help you understand why you are feeling stuck? Striving for a space to call your own for an hour with a non-judgmental environment? Are you seeking someone to help with understanding the empowerment that can come from a therapeutic relationship that is safe and built on trust? I'm here to help!
In my therapeutic space, I also support individual adult clients to evaluate patterns, explore their inner experiences, increase awareness of emotions and gain tools to help you thrive. I work from a collaborative approach, informed primarily by Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Attachment-Based, Somatic and Poly Vagal theoretical and practical approaches to therapy.

Some of the BENEFITS of therapy in the evenings:
* GREAT option for busy parents. A parent can be available for nightly routines then hop to my office or online for therapy.
* NO time off work! Evening appointments make the hassle of booking time off from work a thing of the past.
* Not a fan of emotionally unloading and processing then heading back to the office? Then evening appointments are for you!
